How do I order an Out of Stock item?
You’ve fallen in love with one of our items, but it’s out of stock. Not to worry, you can sign up for a restock with just your email. We’ll notify you when the item is in.
How does shipping work?
We currently ship throughout the United States. Learn more about shipping times and costs on our Website.
You can also pick up items from our store location in Fort Wayne, Indiana
How do refunds work?
Returns are for store credit or exchange only and no refunds will be issued. If you purchased an item that is marked Final Sale, it is not returnable. Learn how to return an item here.
Where do I get my order if I select Local Pickup at checkout?
Once you receive an email that your order is ready, come visit us at our warehouse location to grab your new items:

Pre-Order Items
When you pre-order an item, the item will ship on the expected date listed on the product description. Due to the high volume of pre-order items, please allow 7-10 business days for shipping. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped out! You are able to still order in stock items with pre-order items. The in-stock items will ship in our normal estimated shipping time based on the shipping method selected at check out.
Which payment options can I use?
Bianca James accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Amex as well as PayPal and Amazon Pay.

I have questions about the product or want to change (color, size, size, price...) what to do?
• At this time, we do not administer even exchanges via our online store. If you are in need of a different size we highly recommend re-buying if it is in stock and returning the other.
• If any adjustments need to be made to your re-buy please contact us right away.
When Will My Online Exclusive Item(S) Ship?
All online exclusive orders are placed with the manufacturer and confirmed prior to processing payment. Online Exclusives have a delivery window stated on the product page.
How Do I Redeem My Discount Code?
• One discount code may be redeemed per order
• Discount codes are not redeemable in-store
• Discount codes may be assigned to certain collections only for a certain time. Please see promotional terms/conditions.
• Discount codes cannot be redeemed on clearance item(s)
• Certain select items may be excluded, see product page for details.
