Return Policy

We want your shopping experience at Bianca James Boutique to be fun and trusted! We hope you love each item you receive but if not, we are here to make your return process as hassle free as possible. If you are unhappy with an item we will gladly accept returns for store credit under the conditions listed below:

We will accept聽returns聽of聽unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label.聽We聽do not聽accept exchanges of any kind.

Return requests must be initiated聽within 7 days聽(the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

You may NOT return sale/clearance items, jewelry, any accessories such as sunglasses, tumblers, beanies, scarves, belts, leg warmers, socks, leggings, swim wear or cosmetics. You may NOT return items in which you have used coupon savings of 20% or greater during the checkout process.

STORE-WIDE SALES of 20% or more are FINAL SALE as we are trying to move merchandise to make room for new items! Keep this in mind while purchasing during our sales. We will not accept any returns from store-wide sale events.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective we need to be notified within 48 hours for a full refund. Notification past the 2 day return window will not be eligible for a refund.

At Bianca James, it鈥檚 our goal to maintain transparency and fairness in all transactions. Instances where items are returned and do not meet the requirements of our return policy or are not returned, we reserve the right to adjust credits and orders to accurately reflect the value of the returned or missing items. Bianca James regularly monitors return activity for abuse. Monitoring includes but is not limited to; excessive return behavior and persistent violation of return policies. We reserve the right to adjust or disable returns and exchanges where applicable. Accounts that have persistently violated policies, including excessive returns and or exchanges, may be placed on a zero returns and exchanges policy for all future orders. By addressing discrepancies promptly and equitably, we are able to maintain the quality and integrity of our transactions that our valued consumers deserve
